Recently, Fujian TV news center learned from the public that a high-end looking sanitation vehicle, with Chinese characters “Hishan Tornado” on its body, appeared near the bustling section of the East Park Road and the sports center in Putian City, leaving behind it a section of spotless and brand-new street.
